Surfing Live Video Center is designed to provide you with the industries best videos in a Windows Media Player download format. We use the latest in Digital Rights Management software to protect the distributor. Each video is available to view on your PC for a 10-day period. All you have to do is follow our easy 1Pick > 2Pay > 3Play process. Below is some required information for our downloads as well as some FAQ's you may have:
What are the system requirements for downloading and viewing?
- Microsoft Windows R 98, 98 SE, 2000, ME, or XP, Our downloads are not compatible with MAC
- Window Media Player 9 or higher (free download)
- Display resolution of at least 800x600 pixels
- 256-color video card
- Sound card
- 32 MB RAM (minimum)
- 400 MB of free disk space on your computer (for storing videos)
- Internet Explorer 5.01 or later with cookies enabled
- Pentium 166 megahertz (MHz) processor
- High-speed internet connection strongly recommended (DSL, Cable, T1 Line)
Can I download videos without being a member of Surfing Live?
You are not required to have a paid subscription. You can browse all of the videos available (as well as the trailers) and pay only when you download the videos of your choice.
How long does it take to download a video?
Users with a high-speed connection can expect a download time of 20-45 minutes for a 45-minute, high quality video.
Where does the video go on my computer when I download the file?
After paying for the video, you are automatically sent to the download page. Simply click the download tab, and you will be prompted as to where to save the file.
What size will the video be for viewing on my computer screen?
The video will typically be about 1/4 the size of your computer screen. If you wish to enlarge the video during playback, maximize the media player window and right click on the viewing area to select the size you like.
What if I lose or delete one of my recently downloaded files?
You can log into your account, go to "downloads" and find a listing of all the videos that have been downloaded. If they are still in the ten-day time frame of the initial transaction, you can select the file and download it at any time.
